Core Hose Reel

The SGA Core Hose is a universal multi-purpose hose designed for general processing environments across food production facilities. Its versatile design makes it suitable for a wide range of washdown and processing line applications.

Constructed with a durable 4-layer hose structure, the Core hose operates reliably across a wide temperature range of -20°C to +90°C, providing consistent performance in both chilled and warmer production areas.

The hose features a 12mm internal diameter and 22mm external diameter, supported by a 5mm layer thickness that delivers strength while maintaining flexibility. At 23°C, the hose operates with a working pressure of 80 bar and a bursting pressure of 240 bar. At 90°C, it maintains a working pressure of 40 bar with a bursting pressure of 120 bar.

A 120mm bending radius ensures smooth handling around equipment and structures, while the standard 25m hose length allows coverage across processing lines and washdown areas. The Core hose has a nominal weight of 320g per metre, making it lightweight yet durable for daily operational use.
