Agile Hose Reel

The SGA Agile Hose is designed specifically for chilled food dispatch environments where flexibility and cold-temperature reliability are essential. Built with a durable 4-layer structure, the Agile hose provides excellent handling while maintaining consistent performance in cold processing areas.

With a temperature operating range of -5°C to +70°C, the Agile hose is ideal for chilled dispatch lines and washdown applications where flexibility and ease of movement are required. The hose features a 12mm internal diameter and 22mm external diameter, with a 5mm layer thickness providing durability without compromising manoeuvrability.

At 23°C, the Agile hose delivers a working pressure of 80 bar and a bursting pressure of 240 bar. Under higher temperature conditions at 90°C, it maintains a working pressure of 40 bar and bursting pressure of 120 bar. A 120mm bending radius ensures smooth operation around equipment, while the standard 25m bending length allows convenient deployment across processing areas.

The Agile hose weighs approximately 330g per metre, providing a balanced combination of strength and flexibility for daily food production use.
