Titan Hose Reel

The SGA Titan Hose is engineered for heavy-duty industrial environments where durability and abrasion resistance are critical. Designed for high-friction industrial zones, the Titan hose delivers superior strength and extended operational lifespan in demanding processing environments.

The hose is built with a 5-layer reinforced structure, providing enhanced protection and durability compared with standard hoses. It operates across an extensive temperature range of -35°C to +135°C, making it suitable for both cold storage areas and high-temperature washdown applications.

The Titan hose features a 12.5mm internal diameter and 22mm external diameter, with a 4.75mm layer thickness that balances strength and flexibility. At 23°C, the hose supports a working pressure of 125 bar and an impressive bursting pressure of 375 bar. Under higher temperatures at 90°C, it maintains a working pressure of 80 bar with a bursting pressure of 240 bar.

With a tighter 90mm bending radius, the Titan hose provides excellent manoeuvrability even in confined industrial spaces. The standard 25m hose length ensures sufficient reach across processing zones. The hose weighs approximately 345g per metre, reflecting its reinforced construction and heavy-duty design.
