Welcome to the SGA Internal Store, operated by Sanikleen Group Australia Pty Ltd (SGA). By accessing or using this platform, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before continuing.
1. General
These Terms govern your access to and use of the SGA Internal Store (the “Store”) and all purchases or orders made through it. By using the Store, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
SGA reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time without notice. The most current version will always be available on this page.
2. Eligibility
Use of the Store is limited to individuals who are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent, guardian, or authorised representative of their employer.
3. Account Registration
All internal SGA users (such as site and area managers) are provided with an account linked to their site. These accounts must be used when placing orders for PPE and equipment. If you are an internal user and do not know your login details, please contact Head Office for assistance.
External users may create an account to place orders or make purchases through the Store.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and ensuring that all information provided is accurate and up to date. SGA may suspend or cancel accounts that provide false information or misuse the Store.
4. Pricing and Availability
All prices listed in the Store are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. Prices and product availability are subject to change at any time without notice.
SGA reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order at our discretion.
5. Orders and Payments
Orders placed through the Store are subject to review and approval by SGA. Payment for external users must be completed at checkout. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received and verified.
Approved SGA personnel may place orders in accordance with internal company procedures.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on location and supplier availability. SGA is not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party carriers.
7. Returns and Refunds
If you believe an item is defective, incorrect, or otherwise unsuitable, please contact shop@sga.com.au within a reasonable timeframe after receiving your order. Returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and approved at SGA’s discretion.
Products must generally be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase to be eligible for return consideration.
8. Use of Products
All products supplied through the Store are intended for appropriate workplace use in accordance with manufacturer instructions and applicable safety standards. SGA is not liable for any misuse or modification of the products supplied.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SGA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Store or any products purchased. SGA’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
10. Privacy
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of the relevant state or territory where the claim arises.
